“TAKE CARE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH.

IT MATTERS. YOU MATTER.”

What lies within behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.
— Ralph Walso Emerson

Mental health challenges and the suffering they cause have sadly been on the rise. A lot of people are hurting and they are in dire need of accurate and useful information to help them recover and improve their mental health and well being, to function well and cope effectively with life’s challenges.

After decades of professional and personal experience, I have witnessed the very best of how people can evolve and flourish, to the absolute worst of mental illness costing some people their lives. My mission is to inspire and empower people to take better care of their mental health, as it impacts every aspect of their lives!

Understanding yourself, healing, developing essential inner resources, and improving your mental health are some of the most important investments you’ll ever make.

I am currently writing a book that will make valuable information available to everyone, so no one is left suffering without a roadmap for better mental health. You can be well informed on what truly matters—gaining insights and creating change that makes a meaningful impact on your mental health and well being.

Most days, I am in the trenches with individuals and couples, helping them do the important inner work of healing and change. Yet I also serve on the Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Stanford University Medical School, Psychiatry Department, where I teach and supervise Psychiatry Residents–part of our next generation of talented and caring clinicians.
